Characteristics
The 2009 harvest was carried out under moderate heat and relative humidity, allowing slow and balanced maturations, followed by an ageing process in French oak barrels, thus giving rise to this high quality wine.

Enology
Alcoholic fermentation: Skin maceration in stone presses with fermentation stoppage through the addition of grape spirit.
Ageing: Ageing and maturing in wood (casks, barrels and vats) until bottling date (at least from the 7th year after harvesting).

Tasting Notes
COLOUR: Blondy brown with reddish reflections.
NART: Perfect union between aromas of ripe jammy fruit and notes of evolution and aging, namely of dried fruits and vanilla.
Mouth: Presents a licorice side and very velvety tannins, with good acidity, showing a complex and elegant wine, still full of youth, with a promising future.

Tasting Pairings
Perfect match with milk-cream, dried fruits and almond tart. Serve between 12 and 14ºC.
