Return and cancellation policies

The conditions stipulated by this document are only applicable to purchases made on www.wine44.com

Can I return my order?
After receiving your order you can communicate your intention to return it within 14 days. Your intention may be communicated through the email geral@wine44.com.

In what situations can I return my order?
In addition to the right of the Customer to return the order within 14 days of receipt, the products will, in case of damage, be promptly replaced by WINE44.
In case of any production/packaging error, responsibility of WINE44, the product may be replaced/returned. In case of personalized products, WINE44 reserves the right to analyze each case and accept, or not, the return.

When any product marketed by WINE44 is damaged and the customer wants to claim for this reason, should contact immediately to the email geral@wine44.com sending the following information:

- Order number;
- Photo of the outer packaging with the damage;
- Photo

of the inner packaging with the protections;

- Photo of


the carrier label on the packaging; - Photo of


the



damaged goods.

Through this information and photographic record, if it is a production/packaging error or damage to the order, WINE44 assumes responsibility and the product will be replaced or returned at no cost to the customer. The collection of the damaged product happens in a place and date to be agreed - being the time determined by the carrier.





A WINE44 will only send the product back for replacement if it is damaged.

WINE44 ensures the utmost care and safety in the preparation of all orders and, for this reason, is not responsible for any damage resulting from the transport of products.

How is the returnmade?
The reimbursement of the payments made by the Customer will be made through the same means of payment that has been used in the initial transaction. Alternatively, the Customer may expressly indicate that he/she wishes the refund to be made by another means, which will not imply any costs for him/her. In particular, and in order to speed up the refund process, the Customer may indicate the details of the bank account (IBAN and its holder) to which the refund is to be made.

Do I have to pay to return my order?
If the return is due to a processing error, WINE44 will assume responsibility, and will collect the order, at the company's own expense. The collection will take place at a place and date to be arranged - the time being determined by the carrier itself.
If the return is due to a reason beyond the control of WINE44, the customer will have to pay for the return, through a carrier, to WINE44 - Boutique de Vinhos e Distilados, Rua da Torrinha, nº89, 4495-122, Amorim - Póvoa de Varzim.
In both cases, the order should be properly sealed so that it can be handled by the carrier responsible for the return.

Can I cancel my order?
In case of cancellation by customer's option, without any fault imputed to the seller, the following rules apply:

1 - The customer can cancel the order receiving the full amount if he cancels it until one hour after paying the order;
2 - After this period, the customer will have to pay shipping costs, even if the value of the order has the value of the shipping included in the purchase price;
3 - If the customer decides he no longer wants the order when it is already in his possession, without any damage with it or a delay of more than 5 days in delivery, he is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and shipping costs of the same

In this case, you will be refunded the full amount you paid, less the cost of postage and packaging.
