Tasting Notes: This wine presents a dark topaz colour, an intense, rich and complex aroma, with floral notes of orange blossom and roses, raisins, almonds and honey. In the mouth, flavours identical to the aromas on a sweetness well balanced by a good acidity and astringency - a set with body, smoothness and good persistence.

Aging: 13 years in oak barrels of 200 liters served to whisky in a greenhouse with large temperature amplitudes.
