VINIFICATION
After the reception of the grapes in the winery, the probable grade of the grapes is analysed, so that the addition of brandy is made at the ideal moment. Due to tradition, the skin contact is of 5 months. In March, the masses are pressed, and the wine that results from this is blended with the teardrop wine.

AGING:
In barrels or casks of used wood. No bottle ageing as it does not evolve after bottling.

Lay down bottle at a temperature of 12ºC, humidity 60%

EXPECTED LONGEVITY:
These wines are subjected, in their aging, to a natural oxidation process. Thus, there is no evolution after bottling. If the storage of the bottle, after opening, is done in the correct way, this wine will remain identical for many years.

At 16ºC, as an accompaniment to desserts
