ORIGIN
The 100% Touriga Nacional grapes that gave rise to this wine are from a portion located in the Serra de Poiares facing north at an altitude between 650 and 700 meters. Stony schist soils, carne in terraces with North-East orientation ln order to obtain the necessary balance to produce a wine with an elegant and fresh profile. 

VINIFICATION
Handpicked harvest. Full destemming by light crushing. The grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature. Controlled and smooth macerations in order to get elegant and aromatic wines. 

AGEING
12 months in new French oak barrels 

TASTE
lt is a full-bodied red with a unique personality, typical violet aromas of the Touriga Nacional grapes. Freshness and vibrant acidity with notes of toast and vanilla from the stage. Fine tannins, firm but smooth. Long wine with excellent aging poten­tial.
