ORIGIN

VINIFICATION
Manual harvest, total destemming and gentle crushing, fermentation in stainless in stainless steel vats where pre-fermentative cold macer­ation took place followed by alcoholic fermentation. AGEING
24 months in new 225L French oak barrels 

TASTE
Ruby color of high depth, intense aroma, complex with red fruits, spices and pepper. Notes of bergamot and rockrose in balance with the super notes of barrel aging. in barrels. ln the mouth it has excellent volume, acidity and well-integrated, fine and intense tannins making this wine long and full anticipating an excellent aging potential in the bottle.

PREPARATION
