Vinification:
The 10-year Rozès Infanta Isabel is named after the Portuguese Infanta who was known in history for her generosity, this quality that characterizes and distinguishes this wine. Aged in oak barrels for an average period of ten years in our cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia, this wine is the result of a rigorous selection of wines produced with the main red varieties of the Douro region.

Tasting Notes:
Red colour with orange hues. Intense but elegant nose, with notes of figs, walnuts and raisins, blending with citrus flavours, including orange. Very balanced, light and bright, with a lingering finish. Delicate and refined. But a complex and ripe wine, with a delicious touch of freshness. Good structure and smooth finish.

Storage and serving advice:
The bottle should be in an upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably within 20 to 24 weeks. Port is a natural wine, so some natural sediment may form over time.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with desserts made with chocolate, cherries and nuts.
