ORIGIN
Planted in a typical Douro terroir in Quinta dos Castelares in 2 "bardos" patamares at an altitude of about 650 meters. 

VINIFICATION
With the entire bunch is made a light pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel with controlled temperature.

 AGEING
In French oak barrels followed by batonnage for about 6 months on fine lees.

TASTE
In this wine from the Pinot Noir variety we tried to express a serious rosé, a wine rich and expressive aromatically, with spring floral notes, predominance in red fruits like strawberry. Balanced and elegant wine with present acidity which makes it fresh.

PAIRING TIPS
Ideal temperature of consumption at 8°C. It accompanies light dishes like salads and fresh fish or seafood, it is excellent to be served as a starter of a meal.
