Skin maceration in stainless steel mills and vats with cessation of fermentation by addition of wine spirit. Aged in stainless steel for 2 years.

Tasting Notes:
Dark red colour. Very expressive aromas, with balsamic and vegetal notes, full of spices and ripe black fruits. In the mouth it presents a firm structure, with voluminous tannins, but round at the same time. Delicate and elegant finish.
Storage and serving recommendations:
Service temperature between 14 ° and 16 ° C.
Food Pairing:
It goes very well with strong cheeses, chocolate desserts and red fruit sorbets.
