Characteristics
The hot summer and the availability of water in the soil, as a result of a rainy winter, allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly, giving rise to this wine of great freshness and elegance.

Enology
Alcoholic fermentation: Skin maceration in wine presses with fermentation stoppage through the addition of grape spirit.
Ageing: Ageing and maturing in wood (casks, barrels and vats) until bottling date (at least from the 7th year after harvesting).

Tasting notes
COLOUR: Blondy red colour.
NARR: Great aromatic intensity, full of concentrated fruit and nuts, which are involved in a perfect harmony with the wood notes from its aging in cask.
Mouth: Velvety, round, complex and with good acidity, showing a long and graceful wine.
