Enology
Alcoholic fermentation: Skin maceration with interruption of fermentation through the addition of grape brandy at 77% Vol. Ageing: Ageing in wood, which in the final batch should correspond to an average age of 10 years.

Tasting Notes
COLOUR: Blondy old white.
NOSE: Presents notes of spices, nuts and crystallized fruits.
Mouth: Very intense and persistent in the mouth, with a full and velvety finish.
