VINIFICATION: Fermentation is stopped with the addition of neutral brandy keeping the wine in pellicular maceration for 3 months. After this period is made the bleed which is later blended with the wine from the press.

AGEING: In barrels or used wooden casks.

CONSERVATION IN PRIVATE CELLAR: Bottle laid down at an ambient temperature of 12°C and humidity of 60%.

EXPECTED LONGEVITY: These wines are submitted, in their aging, to a natural oxidation process. Thus, there is no evolution after bottling. If the storage of the bottle, after opening, is done properly, this wine will remain identical for many years.

SERVING As an aperitif at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert or digestive wine at 16ºC.
