VINIFICAÇÃO:
A colheita foi realizada manualmente em caixas de 12 kg nas primeiras horas da manhã. As uvas seguiram imediatamente para a vinícola, onde houve uma rigorosa triagem. Eles foram então selecionados, retirados e pressionados suavemente. A fermentação foi realizada sob temperatura controlada em cubas de aço inoxidável.

NOTAS DE PROVA:
É limpo e fresco no nariz, com aromas de polpa de frutas, notas florais e minerais. O paladar possui boa estrutura e presença na boca, excelente acidez confere frescura e equilíbrio ao todo. O final da boca é longo, fresco e agradavelmente salino.

Servir a uma temperatura de 11-12ºC.
