WINEMAKING:

Manual harvest in the first hours of the day for 12 kg boxes. After selection and screening, the grapes were de-stemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.

TEST RESULTS

The 2020 edition of Monte da Peceguina Rosé continues with a very fresh profile with red fruit notes, floral notes and a very discreet barrel. In the mouth, freshness is evident, good balance between fruit, volume and acidity. Dry and persistent finish. A highly gastronomic Peceguina Rosé, similar to previous editions
