Tasting notes:
Very concentrated ruby colour. Good aromatic freshness well balanced, with ripe black fruits, as well as blackberry, plum and raisins. Presents an elegant balance of spice notes with wood. Dense tannins, well balanced acidity and minerality reveal good structure in the mouth, body and consistency, maintaining aromatic character in a long and lingering finish, presaging great longevity.

Storage and serving advice:
Serve at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with more elaborate food. It goes perfectly with red meat dishes and cheeses.
