Douro Demarcated Region. The climate and soil of the region, as well as our
know-how, combine to give life to a wine as fresh as it is complex.

ENOLOGYAlcoholic fermentation: Maceration pelicular with controlled temperature and interruption of fermentation through the addition of grape spirit to 77% Vol.

TASTING NOTES COLOUR:
Golden
colour.

NARR: Floral and perfumed aromas with fresh citrine notes.
Mouth: Round and generous but lively. Clear and long finish.

TASTING HARMONIESAs an
aperitif or between meals, serve it chilled, plain, or with ice, tonic water and lemon. It pairs well with hot or cold foie gras.
