Elegant vintage, with a deep, opaque ruby colour. With a fine and delicate nose, presents a great aromatic intensity and notes of ripe red fruit and wild plants reminiscent of rock-rose. Its freshness, good acidity, rigorous and fine tannins offer an amazing mouth volume in a harmoniously balanced whole that guarantees its great longevity.

Service temperature between 14 ° and 16 ° C.

It goes very well with strong cheeses, chocolate desserts and red fruit sorbets.
