Characteristics
Noble Late Harvest 2016 is produced exclusively from the Malvasia Fina grape variety. The vinification took place in late November, followed by a stage in 225 Lt French Acacia casks for 24 months. Enjoy the nobility of this wine, coming from one of the noblest Douro grape varieties.

Enology
Alcoholic fermentation: Harvest carried out in early December in which, after crushing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-18oC
, until it stops naturally, due to the high concentration of sugar.
Aging: Matured in 300 litre wooden casks for a time decided by organoleptic tasting for the final blend.

Tasting notes
COLOUR: Golden straw colour.
NARR: Aromas of tropical fruits, jam and peach.
Mouth: Full-bodied and unctuous, it has a high sweetness in excellent balance with a good acidity.

Tasting Pairings
A superb aperitif accompanied by foie gras, or as a digestive with conventual sweets. Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
