Tasting Notes:

Colour: Intense Topaz Aroma: Complex and high intensity aroma with notes of dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and honey).

Palate: Complex, sweet and very prolonged

End of Taste: Perfect combination of aroma and taste, typical of a Setúbal with these characteristics

Vinification: Following the tradition started by José Maria da Fonseca in the last century, fermentation is stopped with the addition of brandy The skin contact lasts for 5 months In March following the harvest the masses are pressed and the wine that results from this is then blended with the teardrop wine

Aging: The vintages that make up this wine have been aged in used oak barrels.

Reducing sugars - 185 g/l

Expected longevityThese wines are submitted to a natural oxidation process during their ageing. Therefore, there is no evolution after bottling. If the bottle is correctly stored after opening, this wine will keep its characteristics for many years.

How to serveThis Trilogy should be served at 16ºC accompanied by chocolate cake or a good cigar, or simply by itself.
