VINIFICATION: Fermentation is stopped with the addition of neutral brandy keeping the wine in

maceration for 5 months. After this period is made the bleed that is later blended with

the wine from the press.

AGEING: This 10-year blend ranges from 10 to 15 years of aging in barrels or casks of

used wood.

PRODUCTION: 325 liters

AVAILABLE FORMATS: 500 ml bottle

CONSERVATION IN PRIVATE CELLAR:Bottle lying at a temperature of 12°C, humidity 60%.

EXPECTED LONGEVITY: These wines are subjected, in their aging, to a natural process of

oxidation. Thus, there is no evolution after bottling. If the storage of the bottle, after opening

this wine will remain the same for many years.

SERVING WINE: At a temperature of 16ºC, as an accompaniment to desserts. The 10 year old blend

can also be served as an aperitif at 10ºC.
