Enology
Fermentation by grape variety-
Alcoholic: By gravity, without pressing the berries, in French oak barrels, Séguin Moreau, with controlled temperature, during long period and with own yeasts.
- Malolactic: French oak barrels Séguin Moreau.
- Aging in oak: 12 months. The entire process, including blending, bottling and ageing in bottle, takes place on the estate.

Tasting Notes
The aroma is smooth, with a fresh and fruity aroma, in a perfect combination with the wood. In the mouth it is structured, fresh, with round and elegant tannins in a set of long and pleasant persistence.
