WINEMAKING:
Harvesting was performed manually in 12kg boxes in the early hours of the morning. The grapes went immediately to the winery where rigorous sorting took place. Then it was selected, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature .

GRAPE VARIETIES:
Arinto

TASTING NOTES:
Clear and slightly greenish color. On the nose it presents citrus and mineral aromas. In the mouth the taste is alive and very fresh and with a long finish.

STORE AND SERVE ADVICES:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

FOOD PAIRING:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
