PRODUCTION PROCESS:

The grapes, selected for their high acidity and low sugar content, are the origin of a light and balanced wine. The wine is then subjected to two slow and careful distillations in a Charentais still, brought from the Cognac region in France. After the distillation process, the brandy is aged in French oak casks from the Limousin region, the final blend having an average age of 12 years.

With an amber color and intense hue, it has a very rich and complex aroma, highlighting the aromas of berries and nuts, surrounded by a delicate sensation of aroma and a noble wood aftertaste. With a dense and velvety texture, it expresses great aromatic richness in an intense and prolonged finish.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

It is ideal to serve as a digestive after a meal, being recommended at a temperature between 18 and 20ºC.
